My favorite Drury of all time! This building is AMAZING! Such history! Very beautiful! Extremely convenient to Riverwalk. Very clean. Super friendly staff (would like to mention Brian at checkin, Josh at Manager’s reception, and Vanessa with her authentic hospitality. They were all so friendly and helpful). Yummy food. I could go on. I’m very pleased with this particular Drury and will definitely be staying again.

Valet parking when we arrived was total mess. Line of cars and confusion with transfer of luggage. Then the next morning there was only cold water in shower. Kickback was very good as was breakfast. The valet who returned our car was polite young man.

We enjoy old historic hotels when traveling and the Drury did not disappoint. It is close to the river walk and a 15 minute walk to the convention center.. A pleasant breakfast and a complementary evening offering with complementary drinks was a welcome addition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bottom line, yes, we will stay there again.

I had booked two different room reservations that were back to back: the first was 2 nights for business, and my husband then joined me for the next 2 nights so we could spend a long weekend in San Antonio. When I checked in, I asked if I could stay in the same room for all 4 nights and Amanda said she could do that and then upgraded my room to a suite, and it was lovely. The complimentary breakfast buffet and complimentary cocktails and snacks add such a wonderful and thoughtful value to your room rates. My stay at your hotel was one of the best hotel stays/vacations I have had in a long time! It seems as though exceptional service, comfort, and affordability is rare these days. Your hotel far exceeded my expectations. Your staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Thank you for an amazing, I-didn't-want-to-leave stay!

Do t sleep on this hotel!!!

Great experience from check in to check out! At check in, Justina was so kind and helpful! When she learned it was our first time to Texas, she upgraded us to a room with a great view! She was so genuinely kind and sweet! Hotel is old but “grand!” Very well maintained! Room was great! Beds were a little too firm for us but not something that would stop a from a future stay. The complimentary evening buffet & drinks were a nice surprise and the breakfast buffet selections were great! Every staff member went above and beyond to converse and/or assist everyone. This was our first experience with this brand, but we will definitely stay with them again and we recommend it to others.
