They did not have customer service! It was terrible! A person named Andre who works at the front desk is there to argue with you and nothing else. Also we left some water bottles in the room. We called to let staff know, it took me calling back three times before they told us they didn’t find anything. Do yourself a favor! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Lots of options in the area! This place will frustrate you! You will regret staying here! I know I do!

Good Overall! Would like more food option for breakfast. I do understand the limitations as a result of COVID, but for the price and location of the hotel more variety food items should be available.

This hotel was a major disappointment and I would not recommend it to anyone. They turned off the hot water my first day there. I was in Austin for business, so this meant taking a painfully cold shower. The front desk staff said the hot water would only be turned off for a couple hours, but the hot water was still not working that evening. The next day, the hot water was working but the water pressure was not. It was like using a sprinkler to take a shower. The water pressure problem lasted until my last day. I informed the front desk multiple times of this issues with the shower and the water pressure and every time was told they’ll inform maintenance. During my checkout I told the front desk person I was disappointed with my stay and the problems I experienced. He told me he would make a note for maintenance. I am not one who normally looks for discounts, but if I’m paying $260 a night for a room, I expect the room to be in good condition or be compensated accordingly. After this experience, I will be thinking twice about staying at any Homewood suites or using Travelocity.

The staff is what really stood out to me and my team!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly!! We would 100% recommend them to anyone!! The hotel is very clean, in a great location, offers a great breakfast, and overall an amazing place to stay!!
