we were on a ski holiday - the staff is very accommodating, friendly and very kind. Everyone's preference for bed types differ, but for me, the king sized bed in the master bedroom of unit 220 was much too hard for my liking, and I found it difficult to get a good nights sleep. There are no views from this side of the building - at this time of year we were looking right onto a snow bank. We didn't mind though as we were skiing all day enjoying the mountain

The staff were the the best thing about this hotel. Booked it on the basis that it appeared to be the top property in Big White, and the price reflected that, however it was no where near as good as The Grand at Sun Peaks. The furnishings and decor in the room were adequate, although the bed was the hardest I have ever come across in a hotel. The pool complex was basic and the whole place had a slightly utilitarian feel. Which would be fine if that is what the price tag reflected however for what we paid I was expecting much better.
