Enjoy a 360 degree stunning view which includes Rattlesnake Mountain, the orchards and vineyards of Benton City, WA, plus the orchards and vineyards of Red Mountain. Interesting wine note: Red Mountain has it's own AVA. Entertain friends on the patio while relaxing in comfortable outdoor chairs. Soak in the beautiful sunsets. Enjoy cooking in a well-stocked kitchen with large spice collection or outside on the BBQ. Kitchen has a conventional oven and stove top as well as a microwave and air-fryer.

Listen to the soothing sound from small pond near the window. Take a stroll and enjoy the desert style landscape viewing sage brush and native plants. Jim is the best host ever. Property was well stocked with everything you could ask for - I’ve stayed at well over 2 dozen VRBO’s and Jim really goes out of his way to make sure you will have everything you need. Spices, coffee, tons of towels, cleaning supplies, nice wine glasses, pamphlets about all of the local wineries and attractions, great WiFi and TV’s, great views, and just a few miles from Benton City. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

This house was the perfect spot for a two week work trip. The owner was extremely informative and communicative throughout the entire process of booking and making sure we had everything we needed. The property is well equipped with cooking utensils and an entire cabinet has spices and other cooking basics. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful oasis!

Wonderful place to stay
This is a great home with that was so comfortable to stay to spend away in. It was the best stocked home I've stayed in. Everything you need in the kitchen and more was available to use which really made it a home away from home.
