Pros: Extra large room
My first time using the "Secret Hotel" function at Travelocity but it turned out great - a wonderful room.

Not as good as advertised

Hotel advertises many amenities for customers but they are not suitable for use. For example their Wifi didn't work at all regardless of time of the day. Front desk was not helpful and simply advise nothing they can do for us except calling the internet provider. She completely turned the responsibility to the Internet provider and pretended that Holiday Inn has nothing to do with its service they are providing for the customers. Ridiculous. Also the room was damp and bathroom floor was not very clean. There was no refrigerator in the room. Extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. All of us stayed complaint about back and neck pain the next day. They really need to change the matress and pillows. Further, onsite restaurant closed too early and we could not get any food when we arrived late. Overall very inconvenient hotel and will not return to the hotel for sure. Also will not recommend it to anyone. Very unpleasant experience.

Great Hotel

Pros: Quiet, restaurant in hotel with free breakfast for kids
I frequently stay here and it's always been great! I can always count on friendly people, clean rooms and the best stay.
