Everything was great. However I feel they should be more transparent on the parking fees and the hold on credit card. Parking fees were an additional $15 a day. The hold on my card was an additional $70.

Our room was comfortable and clean, if a little worn in. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and the parking was easy.

Check in was a breeze! The room however was not clean...the coffee table was very sticky!!! The chairs at the dinning table had crumbs all over them al in the creases of the chair!! The couch was dirty! We didn’t sit in it unless there was a sheet covering! ALL of the forks in the room had food stuck on them and in a few of the knives! There was lipstick on one of the glasses in the cabinet! Honestly with Covid I thought that the room would be waaay cleaner and if I was staying more than 1 night I would have definitely asked for another room!!

The clothes I left in the closet were never return

It took staff a week to return my call or to check when House keeping about my loss. Then refused any compensation for my loss. Spoke to Hilton Coporate still waiting.
