Hotel is great. Staff has been amazing. I will say though the pool does need cleaned. Kind of a bummer that the hot tub is out of service. Also the pool is a lot cooler than expected. Room is very clean and organized.

Great stay! Awesome location!
This is a great place to stay, as it is close to everything downtown. Our check-in was wonderful, Mimi checked us in and was so sweet and welcomed us in a big way! We were in town for the Hawks game and we were only 3 blocks away. I would suggest taking advantage of insight parking, the valet service was awesome!

Room was cancelled the day we arrived…we had to find another hotel to stay at…not sure how they think it’s ok to cancel a booked and paid for room and give it to someone else and leave a family stranded. Don’t book a room here unless you want to risk not having a place to stay when you arrive.

Hot tub wasn't functioning and pool wasn't heated. Staff was friendly. Kitchenette was a nice touch with dishwasher and real dishes and silverware. Room was clean and the hotel was conveniently located.

The garbage disposal wasn’t working but that wasn’t an issue for us. I did make them Aware for the next guest. Very hospitable workers. The hot tub was being repaired which was a bummer for us and the pool was too chilly for us to enjoy.

Bugs with your coffee?
Checked in on Friday, 1/26. Mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable, very disappointing. Sofa bed mattress was also very uncomfortable. Went down on Saturday morning to get coffee to bring back to the room and found a bug in the coffee. Got coffee on Monday morning and saw a bug flying around the coffee & creamer area, same type of bug that was in the coffee. Granola was open, no cover on it. Not sanitary as sneezes or coughs nearby and that granola would have had germs on it. Hotel was in a quiet area which was nice.
