Everything was great for the most part. The person who checked us in was extremely friendly and our room was clean except for some trash under the sink that was missed. The hotel is just very dated and needs some minor repairs on some things. But overall happy with our stay.

Really appreciated Brittainy that checked put me on the main floor when she saw i had alot of things to bring in.she was very good and kind to deal with. Room was great and breakfast was excellent!

This Quality Inn is a little run down. The back of our bathroom door was falling apart and the wood warped. The rug looked dirty. The breakfast didn't have as many options as other similar places. While the beds were comfortable and clean, I would stay at a little better place next time.

ok experience

Pros: The desk attendant was very polite and the bed was perfect.
Cons: The breakfast needs improvement, pool area and maybe some adult only time, Room could use some updates.
Location: Location was perfect
The bed was perfect in every way. The room was out dated, The breakfast was horrible. Powdered eggs, the hard boiled eggs wouldn't peel and didn't taste right. Pool area very small and full of kids.

We get a lot of compliments on those. However, I am truly sorry to hear that you did not find our breakfast and some of the other areas of the hotel satisfactory. We just started introducing new scrambled eggs couple days ago, and I am positive that you would enjoy them. We are also going through updates to the hotel and with little time we hope that you and our guests will be very happy with the transformation. If there is anything that I can do to make this right, please do not hesitate to contact me. Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Old smelly room

Pros: nothing
Cons: should not have guest stay down in the basement (lower level). This hotel should not be set among the 2-1/2 stars hotels. It's more like 1 1/2 - 2
Location: convenient location
The hotel is old. The first floor is down in the basement, which smelled like an old room. The bet sheets had stains on them.
