We went to St.paul for my grandsons hockey tournament. There were families from Edmonton and surrounding areas. Heres my beef. The hotel knew in advance they woukd be slammed with guests yet they only had I person checking guests in. They wouldnt allow anyone to check in early so everyone came at once. The poor women was overwhelmed but she did a fine job. The hotel is fine, breakfast was good, but again only 1 person to looking after the breakfast facilities.

I found the heating system confusing, and the room was either cold or very hot. Also, more substantial bedding would be nice. There were no chairs in the room, except one office chair. Otherwise, a satisfactory stay.
