It was basically clean they do need to remove the carpet from the rooms. They had our extra bed in the room before we got there. I had called to let them know I needed one. I would definitely stay there again.

We got the extra $ 2 protection and our card was charged for the hotel before we got there even though I picked to pay upon arrival then I had to pay again when we arrived. I was told I would be refunded the first cost in a day or two and its been a week and nothing. I am very confused as to why they do it this way. It was something we wasnt prepared for and it affected our trip greatly. Also the indoor pool was SO cold and the game room was shut with a coded door. The breakfast was ok because of the muffins. The people sitting looked at us like apes in a cage when we walked in to get breakfast making us feel funny. As we walked out we could tell they were having a conversation about us. The breakfast room could be a little bigger so people don't feel the need to be disrespectful. This rude people is not really hotels fault though. The property is beautiful, clean and well worth the money if you only pay once.

Elevator was being worked on when we got back from dinner but luckily it is only 3 floors! Things happen. Staff is very nice, they promised they would come save us if we couldn’t make it LOL. Nice, friendly, good recommendations for dining.
