I was overcharged by the property. There seems to be an issue with the checkin. There ATM machine was not working so I had to ask what my charges were. I was told that my charge for the room was $328 and then with incidentals the charge would be $388.54. Now they have written the receipt without the actual discount offered by the employee checking me in and now they also included $10 a night for parking and I had NO CAR ON PREMISE. So they tweaked the numbers to look like it was supposed to be 388 total for my charges, however, they are not being honest because they charged me for parking and now they are lying about the amount I authorized. It's a shady business to get verbal agreements by an employee then not be honored by the actual hotel staff in the end. The GM Steven should be fired along with the employee checking me in.

I like it because it was in walking distance of the aquarium and food places love the river and be able to take a walk across the bridge

The hotel is beautiful. Wonderful location gentlemen at checkin was super helpful. He was doing many jobs but let us know he would be Right there. And even spray for “THE COVID”. Excellent Job

The good was 0lenty of things to do within walking distance, shopping, food ect. The bad was on check in the lady seemed like we were bothering her, once in room found no trash can and trash from prior guest stuffed in a cabinet, a little different lighting would be nice no dim light for night time if somebody gets up. Couches low to the ground kinda difficult to get up from.
