One main incident really stood out to me as a terrible reflection on this location - and it goes right to the top locally. We were there two nights. We returned the second afternoon from having been out and I noticed a black Lexus in the one-car drive-thru. Space is very limited there but I assumed it was someone checking in. I came out later to get something from my car and noticed it was still there. I still assumed it was a guest and said nothing. We went out to dinner and when I came back it was still blocking the way, so I mentioned it to the staff at the desk. 1] They were seemingly unaware that it had been there for hours right in front of them - so that's not a great on them and paying attention to the front. 2] The response was a somewhat embarrassed "That would be the manager's". One of them quickly ran to a back room to (I assume) inform him/her of the complaint and yet it STILL took a long time for it to be moved. It didn't directly affect me so I said no more about it. But it prevented anyone checking in from parking at the front entrance and completely blocked access to looping through the parking area - requiring more maneuvering to get out of the narrow parking that's there. I just found it to be highly inconsiderate and arrogant for the manager to park a personal vehicle is that location for several hours.

We enjoyed our stay . . .mostly. The desk clerk was friendly and positive when we checked in, but hurriied and said they were short-staffed that afternoon. The one thing that bothered me, but I didn't say anything because she was short-staffed, was the sheet on our bed looked like it had been slept on. It was not fresh. It had a stain near the foot of the bed and there was black, stiff hair on the sheet in the bed. Pillow cases looked fresh, and we were tired, so we just went to bed. In fact my husband was already asleep on his side when I got into bed. I did not say anything to him, just got in bed and went to sleep. It had been a long day.
