First, our room keys would not open the door, had to go back down to the front desk to get the keys reprogrammed. The toilet was not fastened securely to the floor, it rocked when someone sat on it. The TV did not work, the HDMI cable was not even plugged into the TV. We were never able to watch TV. The wall thermostat did not control the heat/cool unit. The room was 81 degrees and we cooked until we found that we had to adjust temp on the heat/cool itself.

The room was a double room. The TV in the living/kitchen room was broken. The room wasn't very clean. The toilet kept running all night. Trash in the elevator. The pool was nice.
