This cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached 2 a cute beach house is newly renovated. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to Redfern Village and other entertainment. The bedroom has a king bed & the living room has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa. The unit comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Just outside the apartment is a courtyard for great outdoor living. Unit includes usage to 2 bikes (Beach Cruisers) for an additional fee.

*Usage of 2 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the island remains unchanged in comparison to other areas because of the pandemic, I can’t guarantee the status of amenities, shops, and restaurants during this odd time. Unfortunately, if something is closed that is out of my control, I would be powerless in trying to force them to be open. Great time!
We had a wonderful stay at St. Simon’s. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip. Great restaurants, shopping , and visiting with old friends. The place we stayed was out standing. Very clean and supplies everything you need for a short stay. Nice kitchen with all the amenities. Loved it!

House was clean and everything was fine. It wasn’t the most homey or comfortable place, but the it served the purpose, was a good value for the price and was clean. Owner was great at communicating and the location was near everything with just a short drive.

Clean space, great owners, good location
Communication with owner was great and the house was very well taken care of. To whom it concerns the house is also a very short walk from a joint called Ziggys which is popular with visiting college students. Very fun stay!
