After staying at a Hampton in Asheville NC the previous night, it surprised me that this location was as bad as it was. My room was not comfortable. Shower was terrible. No wifi. Door to garage unsecured. The breakfast was good! The ladies at the kitchen were nice. This location needs to step it up. I should've booked the Hilton next door.

Lady who checked me in was totally not interested in the process because she was too busy looking at her phone. First room smelled of cigarette smoke, they moved me with no problem; second room was fine and extremely clean. The area around the elevator stunk terribly. The pool was freezing and the whole pool area is not maintained and looks old and grungy. The breakfast was very nicely done, very clean and good food. The parking garage and elevator are dirty and not maintained. The general vibe is that people are doing the best they can but maintenance is on the downturn. The location has easy access and a garage for parking, a plus in Savannah,
