Every member of the staff regardless of their job were friendly and provided exemplary customer service. The resort is beautiful. Location makes it easy to hit the beach, the pool or town. The only recommendation I would make is to do something about the router secured on the ceiling - the yellow flashing light made me feel like I was sleeping on the airport runway.

good view of the ocean tides

Pros: The View
Cons: lamp not working, clock not working
Location: close to the lighthouse and central square quaint place to visit for a day or so if longer need larger place
Nice view of the ocean - beds comfortable - older hotel - room layout was a little small for us

The rooms in the Historic section date back to 1935 and unfortunately they were built smaller than today's standard. Hopefully this will not deter you from future visits.

Wonderful stop on our way to Florida

Pros: The ambiance, the location and the staff is very friendly.
This is our third time stopping at King and Prince on our way to Florida. It never fails to disappoint! We have recommended it to several friends and hope to return again soon.

Relaxing, Romantic, Ready to Go Back!

Spent a romantic get-away with my wife for our 12-year anniversary. Stayed in an ocean front room with private balcony. The room was wonderful, the view was breathtaking. Not many places give you a chance to lay beside a pool and overlook the ocean at the same time. That's my favorite feature of this hotel. Great food, in the restaurant, or anywhere on St. Simons Island. It was a great getaway for us!
