No night lights within reach of bed. No night light in room, had to leave bathroom light and vent on with door cracked. Poor lighting on walkways and grounds. Wooden stairs to second floor. Breakfast was good.

We thank you for staying with us.In all our rooms, there is a switch near the night stand for the lights in the bed and the lights outside the walkway is the Jekyll island authority has a lightning ordinance to protect sea turtles on nesting beaches by averting adverse effects of artificial lighting during nesting season. I like the ocean view and the large king size beds. Checkin staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast staff also. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Our room was not cleaned or towels refreshed

Dear Mary,Thank you for taking time to write us your review. Right now we do have the 32 inch tv in some rooms and some had already the 50 inch flat screen tv, we are in the process of changing all the room with bigger tv. If travels return to the island, we hope to see you again.

I didn't like having to go up so many stairs and I had asked for and oceanfront view but when I went to check in they told me I would have to pay more because I went through an agency rather than the hotel! Also; had just come from Daytona beach and had housekeeping go in and clean and bring fresh towels every day unless we didn't want it.
