You will not be able to check in one second before 3:00. They stated that their system will charge you double to check in early. When we got there, the check in person actually said, "I can't check you in for 2 more minutes"! The room was somewhat comfortable, but not what I would call clean. The bathroom was horrible. The entire ceiling was black mold. When you look up to the 2nd floor, it looked like a storage unit with a mattress, chairs, bedding and other misc. stuff just piled around. I did not expect luxury, but I do expect clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was adequate, but I know they are working on some improvements so it was fine. Travelocity, however, DID NOT send our reservation and charged our account for the room. I expect a full refund.

Good afternoon sir/ma'am, I'm glad to hear that the staff and room met your approval, but we are terribly sorry to hear about that snafoo with Travelocity. Unfortunately, that is a Travelocity issue and I'm not sure that we can fix it from this end. That being said, I have my staff calling them right now on your behalf, and will try to get that rectified asap! I hope that we might be able to see a 5-star review next time, and that Travelocity does right by you and refunds that immediately!
