"The best hotel that I have been to, in ages. My only issue was that the desk day shift, wasn't as pleasant as the late night crew. I checked in at 12:30am 08/11/22.. everyone was super helpful.. and polite. When I went out the next morning.. I asked the front desk what the best way to get to the concert I was going to.. and it was like talking to a robot. It was the same way when I checked out the following morning. I got back from my concert at 11:30pm on the 11th, and once again, the night crew was super friendly asking me how my show was etc. But other than that very minor issue, an incredible place to stay! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! :)"

"The staff was amazing! They didn’t have a clean room when we arrived at 3 for check in but wrote a note and made sure we got the first one available :) Sad about the breakfast option- knowing that it’s not complimentary and it’s $8 for only cereal, bagels, fruit, and yogurt was not the best. Construction all around the hotel but didn’t actually hear noise so that’s awesome!!"

"I stayed at this hotel just for the night before the early morning flight at Buffalo International Airport. The shuttle service was very convenient because it runs 24 hours a day. Location of the hotel is good - shopping mall and restaurants nearby, on-premise restaurant. The hotel room is in good conditions. That is all we need for a comfortable, relaxing night before the morning flight."
