Flight Review

Mar 15, 2020

Our Jet Blue experience was a good one.

Mar 15, 2020

Slight delay in takeoff but arrived only slightly later and got checked bag quickly and safe

Mar 13, 2020

Overall, flight is good; seats are uncomfortable and they charge you for everything.

Mar 4, 2020

Flight was delayed and I was able to sign in to app and reschedule with a click of a button, resulting in us having a shorter layover and getting in 45m earlier! This was at no additional cost and was simple to do. So instead of being the many individuals waiting in line to talk to the individuals at the desk we were already sitting at our new gate. Also, being able to check where your bags are relieves a lot of stress for me as I’m always worried they won’t be there- especially when I’ve made flight changes. The app informed us when they were unloaded from our previous delayed plan and when they were loaded on to our new flight.

Mar 2, 2020

Really tough tho in the last row when passenger on flight reclines. Difficult to put tray down.

Mar 2, 2020

Everything was great except delays in taking off made it difficult to make connections

Mar 1, 2020

Should load back to front, makes more sense

Mar 1, 2020

All the American employees were friendly and competent. Gate agents, flight attendants and baggage workers.

Feb 27, 2020

My husband and I bought tickets months ago and were separated on our second flight. ( also on the way home) No I'm not going to pay to pick seats especially when I see many available when we purchased the tickets.

Feb 24, 2020

Couldn't figure out how to use airpods with inflight entertainment, had to use iPad and then internet was intermittent.

Feb 24, 2020

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Buffalo

Make your flight to Buffalo a little easier by following these practical security tips:

  • Have your passport and boarding pass somewhere accessible. They'll be the first things you'll be told to produce by airport security staff.
  • Take off your shoes, belt and jewellery before arriving at the security checkpoint. Items such as these are not permitted in the body scanner.
  • Everyday electronics such as laptops, phones and cameras need to be put through the X-ray machine separately. Be sure you can get to them quickly.
  • When you approach the security checkpoint, you'll be asked to place all creams, gels and liquids in a separate bin for inspection. Make sure they're all packed in containers smaller than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and sealed in a clear zip-lock bag.
  • The airport security will likely tell you to take off your shoes for the body scanner. Choose a pair that you can take off easily. There's nothing worse than having to do up your laces over and over again.
  • The list of prohibited items is forever updating. Browse your airline's website for what is not allowed on board their flights.
