Delayed checking in for 45 minutes. Insufficient staff to take care of the needs of the visitors. The staff was great though.

Travelocity screwed up and did not have our reservation in. I had to pay for my reservation Upfront which was not a big deal. I was then charge for my reservation from Travelocity through topaz lodge the next day. I now have two charges on my account and only stayed one time. Can someone please call me back. 209-206-0976.
