"The front desk staff members were friendly and welcoming, and tried their best to accommodate the hotel guests. My room appeared neat and clean, but due to COVID-19, housekeeping was by request only. I did request my sheets and towels to be changed twice during my stay, however that was NEVER done! The bathroom floor was NEVER washed, nor was the carpet ever vacuumed. Each night, I came back to towels on the bathroom floor and and bedsheets that were never changed. The best that they could do was to send up a supply of clean towels. I was repeatedly told that they were understaffed. I asked to speak with the manager, but this never happened either!"
