Flight Review

Those boys in aloha shirts were so friendly and nice! I love to fly Hawaiian airline just because of them!

Feb 18, 2020

I think the rule about one carry-on plus personal item should be better enforced. It would help people get seated quicker.

Jan 18, 2020

flight was on schedule.

Jan 5, 2020

The airplane left on time which was great!

Oct 25, 2018

No US domestic airline can compare with Japan Airlines. Better service from the time you check in till you deplane. Food is great and all seats, even economy are comfortable. Planes are clean including the bathrooms.

Oct 1, 2018

A representative of the airline took our passports and, basically, went through customs for customers with connecting flights. Not having to wait in the customs line was such a stree reliever for me. Nice touch!

Sep 16, 2018

My first trip with Thai; definitely will do again

Jul 14, 2018

I liked the special celebration at the gate for Japan's Lovers' Day.

Jun 26, 2018

Definitely use ANA again

Jun 16, 2018

Wish WiFi was more reliable. It stopped many times during each movie.

Jun 4, 2018

Tasty food and great service

Apr 15, 2018

They were very insistent with purchasing duty free items. It took several times until they left me alone.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Osaka

If you like the thought of spending more time at the airport bar and less time moving through security on your way to Osaka, just follow these useful tips:

  • Ensure your boarding pass and passport are easy to reach. You will be asked to show them straightaway.
  • It's important to know that belts with metal buckles can set off the body scanner's alarms. If you have one on, you may be asked to remove it before proceeding.
  • Electronic items such as laptops, phones and cameras are always put through the X-ray machine separately. Be sure to have them within easy reach.
  • When it comes to traveling with gels and liquids, every passenger is permitted a quart-sized clear resealable bag to transport containers no greater than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
  • Untie your shoelaces before approaching the body scanner. Depending on the style of shoes you're wearing, security may instruct you to remove them.
  • Some places have strict quarantine laws. Consider where you're headed to and whether or not you can travel with fruit and meats.
