The check in staff seemed to think all guests would be up to speed on all covid regulations and rules whether imposed by state mandate or management and so failed to tell me that housekeeping would not provide fresh towels or trash collection more frequently than every 3rd day. I feel a 2 night stay with 2 children under 10, one still in diapers, would warrant at least a notification of this policy so we could have planned accordingly. Upon request of additional towels, it was not stated that they would not be delivered to the room but had to be collected at the front desk. And did I mention we were overchanged for the rooms by 25$ each night? Independently owned and operated.

The first issue was that this room was supposed to be a queen room for a couple, but only had towels for one, but the worst thing was that as we laid down - a horrible stench just got worse and worse. It got that I could barely sleep. We determined that someone must have gotten drunk and turned to the side of the bed and peed, which was not cleaned up. When I explained to the manager in the morning - all she said was that she would have it deep cleaned. The least she could have done was discounted the charges. I don't expect perfection - but ugh!

Up front charges

Pros: Very quiet
Cons: "Security deposit" is insulting & intimidating.Most all motels now days offer a hot breakfast. Wifi code offered @ check-in.
Location: Next to WalMart, close to eating places and cinema.
This facility charges an up front charge of $50 in addition to your room charge. After check out if the room is ok you get your "security deposit" back in 2-3days. Not certain if Wifi was available and if so if there was an additional charge. No hot breakfast. Got a ToGo bag that was made up in advance by the motel. Very disappointing experience.

Very comfortable and nice location

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Walking distance from WalMart Supercenter and Kohls. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy access to highway. Internet connection was good. Bed comfortable. No Extras...breakfast, pool, or even shampoo
