Completely run down property. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Would never recommend this property to anybody.

Hotel smells like smoke and wet dog. The rooms have been “updated” but not. You have to pay $14 per person in addition for any kind of breakfast which is free with most hotels. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Lady working front desk super rude. After 2nd night of staying there called at 10am for new towels and she told us we had to wait about an hour that the towels were washing. Room was not clean, there was fake eyelashes on the window - gross

the hotel was just off the interstate as we were traveling across the country. was distrubed by the fact that another guest left two large dogs in their room and left at 6:15am. The dogs were not happy to be alone and barked for the next hour till we departed.

The staff was unfriendly and not accommodating when we first got there. Our rooms were not ready and were told multiple times they were short staffed so just had to wait. The front desk was extremely rude acting annoyed and had very snarky responses even when asking normal check in questions. I understand Covid restrictions but the hotel had nothing but chocolate chip granola bars, apples and microwaveable danishes for breakfast. No water but there was coffee. The pool was disgusting. Short curly hairs on the pool noodles, earrings and weave clips floating in the pool and we killed a wasp and spider. I never write reviews but our experience was so bad I needed to share. We were traveling with a baseball team and every single family said they had similar experiences with the staff and in their rooms. Like tvs not working, hotel ran out of clean towels and no soap and other supplies in rooms. I can’t believe the corporate hotel office would find this acceptable.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and was attentive to our needs. The rooms were beautiful and well kept. I would like to commend Darlene, Lora and the entire staff. I hate that I didn’t get everyone’s names. From check in to leaving we had a great experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Looking forward to a return visit.
