No Clean towels in room or at pool for our stay. Family of four drying off with one towel on our second night stay. Television did not work and phone was pulled from the wall. There was garbage left behind from previous guests in the window sill. No attempt to really assist with shortcomings. Covid cannot be an excuse till the end of time.

I am so sorry that we failed your expectations. Your stay was not up to our expectations. We are so sorry that we failed you. With regards to daily housekeeping service, Marriott has announced that starting July 1, our brand will be returning to every other day service in guest rooms.

Hotel is very clean and updated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Located close to restaurants and Civic center. Pool area was super clean. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

This was the WORST experience I have EVER had at ANY hotel in my 42 years in existence! If it wasn’t for the very helpful and understanding staff we would have left, but the women working literally bent over backwards to accommodate and FIX everything that was wrong with this HOTEL. MARRIOTT REALLY DROPPED THE BALL HERE! I will NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER MARRIOTT AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW TO NEVER STAY AT ONE EITHER! Just to list SOME of the things wrong: Toilet broken, keys to the room didn’t work because the locking mechanism was dead and wouldn’t hold a charge. Coffee maker missing a part so it didn’t work AC was broken, thermostat broken no alarm clock in one room. Moved to 3 different rooms oh and I got charged 100 for the “deposit” 3 TIMES. Oh and there’s more….. but just not worth it anymore AGAIN, NEVER staying at bother Marriott or affiliate EVER AGAIN!

I am so sorry to hear of your experience. I do know that the coffee pots are not missing parts. The basket for the coffee pot is disposable and is part of the filter pack. This is done so that each cup made is completely sanitized. Also, the ac was not broken, the room in question had a brand ne unit that was controlled from the unit instead of the thermostat. A little patience goes a long way in letting us assist when things go wrong. Again, our apologies.

Everything was fine aside from the parking which is axross the street from the hotel. If you want you park near the hotel it will be on the street at a meter. The meter is free on weekends only. My only other issue was the smell of the room.
