The house was not cleaned, the Air condition is old my door was unlocked. Could not close the door. The whole time I left my stuff inside the Hotel the unlocked.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Pros: The price.
Cons: Everything else.
Location: We just needed a place to sleep since all the reasonably rated rooms in Colombia were all booked so didn't do anything nearby.
Worth every bit of the $59.99 we paid, next time we will spend a little more for nicer accommodations. The curtain was broken so we had to jimmie it to keep it closed to have our privacy, we were on the second floor and I could hear the footsteps of people walking outside past our room while I was in the bathroom with the door closed, and someone was on a cell phone call right outside our room and it sounded like they were in the room with us. We apparently didn't get all the cable channels so couldn't watch the baseball playoff game, one of the two chairs had a huge stain on it so I tried to keep all of our things on hard surface furniture, & for a king size bed we had three pillows smaller than standard size pillows so they didn't even reach across the whole bed. The toilet didn't flush very well; I thought it said free WiFi was included but there wasn't any access so I could be mistaken; & breakfast was limited to bagels, mini muffins, cereal, instant oatmeal, & I think toast but not positive. Oh, & fresh fruit.

Our first instinct was correct. The place was rundown. Numerous room windows showed curtains not on their hooks, exterior steps to second floor were filthy, part of outside structure is rusting, outside pool was an eyesore with little water. The chair in our room was filthy dirty and had holes from cigarette burns, tub mat was stuck to the tub and disintegrating, bathtub actually had a crack, towel bar was broken and laying on back of toilet, no filter basket in coffee pot, and telephone and clock/radio would not work.

Great value for the money!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
This is an excellent choice for a few night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A little dated, but again, if you're only staying for a couple of nights, this is a very good choice at a great price!

Excellent choice for the money spent

I would stay here again no questions asked. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I brought my elderly parents (age 76 and 80) and they were satisfied as well with their room.

okay for a budget room, but...

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
There are nicer rooms out there. This is okay for an inexpensive room and great if yu are on a budge, but we're used to a bit nicer digs. Great location and internet was okay but room was tired and breakfast was so scant we skipped ti and went to a McDonalds nearby.

Excellent

Great 4 day stay. Jason ,a very affable and effecient young man, checked me in and Sammy checked me out. Nice friendly folks. Good housekeeping services and good rates. Do yourself a favor and give this Econolodge a try.

Jeff City

This motel is budget pricedd and it shows. At the front desk english is a second language and Tang and toast is considered breakfast, oh well, you get what you pay for.
