I’m not overly needy or picky but I was less than impressed with the condition of my room and the behavior of the staff. My room had a linoleum/carpet mixture. The carpet was visibly dirty, obviously had not been vacuumed in awhile, and the linoleum needed to be mopped. The furniture was cheap IKEA type stuff, the table was broken, and the wardrobe wasn’t sturdy at all. To top it off, my white comforter had makeup smeared on it from a previous occupant. I hated that I couldn’t get a refund and go stay somewhere else. To top it off the lack of carpet echoed the crying and loud conversations of the people next to me. The staff were loud, on my last night there a housekeeper was playing loud music and vacuuming at 9:30 PM. I was trying to sleep, and highly annoyed at all of this. I do not recommend this location at all.

The room was nasty from the beginning! They had roaches and spiders! I complained and NOTHING WAS DONE!! The AC sounded like a tractor and didnt cool properly. The bedding sheets were dirty and had stains. Complaining to management didnt do ANYTHING!! TOTAL WATE OF MY MONEY!!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP!!

Good Morning, Thank you for the feedback on our hotel. I have spoken to the General Manager and we had our pest control company come out and service the room, a new AC unit installed in your room, offered to switch your room, and refunded one night of your stay while you were still on the property. We always strive to offer our guests a clean and comfortable stay, unfortunately, after check-in, we are unable to control the number of people that are in the room and also the amount of trash and food left in the room until housekeeping cleans the room. We will continue to coach our team to catch AC issues prior to needing to be replaced. Once again, we are sorry that you did not have a satisfactory stay with us, but we did do everything in our power to resolve these issues in a timely manner while you were still staying with us. Thank you.
