The carpet in the hallways are filthy. The bed was very uncomfortable. No coffee cups in room only plastic cups. Stuff on walls never wiped off. Ice machines on 2nd & 3rd floor not working. Back door did not work with key cards. Remote from TV back missing and volume did not work. The only good thing was the shower head and the Veteran parking.

I prepaid to get a discount. BIG mistake!!!! Hotel was in terrible condition. Did not feel safe. In spite of having prepaid, we booked a much nicer hotel.

The hotel looks worn and drab. The crapet was frayed in several spots. We did not get clean towels on day two and our bed was not made. The halls were dirty.

When my partner and I checked in, nobody was wearing masks (including housekeeping) and our room had not been cleaned. After arguing and problem solving, the receptionist and housekeeping staff found another room for us to stay in. When we arrived in the room, there was a bump in the middle of the bed. Further investigation led us to find a bag of dirty laundry under the mattress. There were stains (and even boogers) on the walls. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Hand towels were also stained. Needless to say, especially during a pandemic, my partner and I left within minutes and found somewhere else to stay. The receptionist was very accommodating and apologetic and made sure we got a refund.

Everything was terrible room wasnt even cleaned from last person staying in it waited 2 hrs for my room to be cleaned and nothing never got my room but watched other walk in and get their and some even come down and left cause the same issue i had and now they wont refund my money never walked in the room a room and left 2 hrs later after waiting for absolutely nothing .i want my money back

Door locks for the rooms did not work - I was not the only guest with that issues (rooms locked and were secure). As a result, I needed an employee to come with me each time I left the room to let me back in. Light/fan in bathroom was so loud I didn't use it while I was showering. The tray to hold the coffee for the in-room coffee maker was gone. I travel with a dog (I compete) and I am pretty flexible because it's hard to find hotels that will accept dogs. A friend who stayed here last year said it wasn't like this then. I like LaQuinta usually, and I hope this one will fix their issues.
