When I checked in I was assigned a second floor room with no elevator. I had a handicap person in my party so requested a first floor room. The clerk's demeanor changed and he begrudgingly, silently reassigned us a room. I was disappointed to have inconvenienced him so! After traveling 750+ miles, I was very inconvenienced to find bedbugs living in the corners of the dust ruffle. I am so glad I checked, as usual. The hotel apologized and helped me get a refund from Travelocity. I am very thankful for that!

Filthy Toilet

We arrived at 11:30 PM to a filthy toilet. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. The shower was also dirty - there was someone's old soap bar up in the corner. There were no maids available at that time so my family had to actually use that toilet through the morning (no maids until 9 AM). Of course I complained to the manager on staff Friday night, and Saturday morning. When I got back to my room on Saturday evening, the toilet had finally been cleaned, but the room was still dirty and the beds had not been made. The manager did agree to refund me one night's stay (we were there 2 nights) but even so, I would not want to go back there.

last minute choice

Nice room, good room rate, pleasant staff, good breakfast. Hotel is a little dififcult to find-hidden behind Ozark souvenir store. Recommended this hotel to an acquaintance making the same trip two days later.

awesome front desk service

The room was clean and fresh smelling. The hotel had just had a change of ownership in January and they were in the process of doing some remodling but the front desk called to check if everything was ok with our room about 30 minutes after we checked-in. They do have a couple of rules I didn't understand. Like no alcohol in public areas and children have to be out of pool at 10 pm. Overall we totally enjoyed our stay and will stay again in June.

Disaster

higher room charge than promised, diarhea found in the tub, room not cleaned and would not reduce charges rediculous rules about parents not being able to eat pizza in common area, most unfriendly hotel I have ever been to with our soccer team
