No other cars in the parking lot. Only the one person at the reception desk. Didn’t see any other employees. . There was a bottle in the window that was to get rid of bedbugs. We looked at our rooms, gave our keys back at the reception desk, and walked out and lost our money . It worth staying there. Travelocity should not have this hotel on their website.

Unfortunately when we pulled up their was no cars in the parking lot which was first sign of something being wrong. I asked to see the room before checking in and after seeing the room we decided to cancel and go somewhere else. The room was dark, and smelled. Unfortunately we should have read the reviews before confirming the reservation. It really needs some upgrades.

Floor was dirty wore socks within a hour socks were black on bottom .. the floor around the sink (carpet) was wet actually because the sink was rusted every tim the water was ran more leaked out. Had to find the plugs for the door switch light had been unplugged. No soap shampoo or tissues. The tub fixtures moved in and out not installed properly had to hold on to it to turn on and off . The WiFi provided was to weak to use was barely keeping connection.

We did not even check in! As we pulled into the parking lot, we witnessed a room with the curtain opened and could see all the furniture stacked on top of each other. Could it just have been them doing a deep clean? Possibly... but here is the real kicker! The dumpster was filled with mattresses and bed linens! Can anyone say bedbug warning? We were warned that this wasn't a decent hotel but we already made reservations. We just took the loss and stayed at another very nice hotel in town.

Check in at 2. Room not ready. One very nice but overworked lady trying to take care of everything. Rooms clean inside but floor or bathroom very wet and slick. Toilet seat wet. Found that out after sitting down. Outside shabby. For the cost, it should be much nicer. Wonderful location. With some fixing up, this place could be wonderful.

The place was disgusting. We couldn't stay the night there and ended up leaving. The room itself reminded me of what you see in movies when the wife is trying to hide her identity from an abusive husband and she's placed in a motel with some cash and hair coloring.

Great

Good condition except door was hard to open and edge of bed frame needs something around metal sticking out. Otherwise, it was in good condition and well kept. Staff was helpful and good price for room. And no breakfast, but I knew that when I booked the room. Free WiFi and cable too.
