The property isn't dirty, but it is badly in need of a renovation. Our ac sounded like a helicopter in the room. The stairs in the pool are on the verge of collapsing. The beds were supremely uncomfortable. Absolutely not consistent with the price we paid--or the reviews we read.

The air conditioner wasn’t working and the beds were super hard very uncomfortable. Breakfast sucked. However they did put us in a different room and was better but my kids room still sucked and their air conditioner didn’t work the best and their beds were the same. Was not worth the money I spent.

Arrived at the hotel early morning April 2, 2023, I purchased a non-smoking 2 bed room. Upon pulling up the bed covers, both beds had what appeared to be pubic hair and small dark stains all over the sheets/blankets. With most hotels that I have ever been to, the sheets also smell fresh, the sheets at this hotel smelled like someone else. We were disgusted.

Sheets had stains on them. Towels were stained and there was one that had something crunchy on it. Carpet was stained. Lamp shade was broken and wall was repaired, but never painted. Water faucet was broken and didn’t want to stay off unless turned all the way and stuck.

Our room was 90 plus degrees when we got there. The AC didn't work. The bed linens had stains all over them, the beds are hard as rocks, definitely wont be back here

No just no. So many different things. Staff super friendly though. We got into our room and there were patched holes in the wall in multiple spots not painted. There was hair in the bathtub. The shower didn’t work right. The tv kept turning off and then took anywhere from 10-15min to turn on. There was melted ice cream left on the top shelf of the fridge in which my 3 year old got into …yuck. The pool by the drains had hair and what looked like mud or something coming up out of them. The beds were super hard and there was some black stuff on the comforter. After everything we did not even want to try the breakfast the next morning.
