Everything was just fine until bedtime. Then, I discovered the most absolutely uncomfortable mattress that I have encountered in many a year. This includes a fold-away cot I used when visting my child's college dorm. Also, for no obvious reason, the pillows are smaller than standard size. So, all clean, etc., yada, yada... ,but., we couldn't get a decent rest.

Bathroom shower had mold, tile was broken in bathroom, the elevator was slow and doors wouldnt close right a way before elevator started to move, charged over $9 for bottle drinks, and breakfast closed befote 10 am.

I stayed three nights, my room key card only worked part time the first night. When I returned to my room the second night it didn't work at all staff at front desk said it was because my phone cancelled the code, I didn't have my phone and keycard together. The third day my daughter came back to their room the cleaning staff was just then cleaning my room, they thought, around 3-3:30 pm upon another look they realized the staff was packing my things up. When I got back to the hotel I was told I was to check out. I showed them my receipt they then tried to tell me I had no room then I showed them the date they blamed it on Travelocity on the way the room was printed up that I would have to re check in, finally got it straight but was very stressful . The cleaning staff were polite they were just doing what they were told. The room itself was damp and musty smelling. The elevator first night started moving before the door closed, then next morning I got a notice that it was closed for repairs and I had to take the stairs down from fourth floor. The breakfast was limited, example it had biscuits and gravy, one small pot of gravy and when it was gone it was not refilled.

My room had an odor like wet towels or mildew. I tolerated it the first night because we arrived so late, then the second night I bought a bottle of febreeze and told the office. I was scheduled to stay one more night and was told that I could change rooms if I continued to call and see if any were available. I spent my day waiting and calling and still did not get to move. I was stuck because of course it was past checkout time. I complained when I finally checked out and was told that I would receive a discount. That has never been received. I will never stay there again!

Fantastic hotel with great staff!!!!!!

Pros: Quiet, centrally located
The staff was very friendly and recommended some great places to go during my stay in the Dallas area. The room was immaculate complete with modern furnishings. The hotel is centrally located for all the places I wanted to go (Cowboys Stadium, outlet shopping, Southfork, Ft Worth Stockyards). Will definitely stay there on my next trip to the Dallas area.

The hotel staff was very pleasant, made us feel welcome.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
My daughters and I spent one night at LaQuinta Inn, our stay there was quite comfortable. The bathroom and room were clean; the free wifi was a great plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

New Property, Very Nice

We generally enjoy La Quinta, and this property is particularly nice. It is very new and still had some construction uncompleted outside, but we enjoyed our stay.
