First of all, when we got there at 9:30pm, we waited FOREVER for someone to come to the check-in desk to help us. When she finally did arrive she didn't apologize for the wait, then she corrected me because I said I booked my room through travelosity, and she said it was Expedia. Who cares, just get my key and move on. Also, she was not very pleasant when I asked her if I could maybe get a room that wasn't next to a bunch of noisy people. She said she couldn't do that because she only has about 20 rooms left. Who cares, just wished she wouldn't been pleasant and offered me positive customer service, instead of trying to find a negative in everthing that I said. I won't be staying at this hotel ever again because of the initial service that I did NOT get!!!

Staff were very friendly. I like the soap, shampoo and conditioner options in the shower. The facility is clean and rooms look updated. Beds are very comfy. It's in a good location. I do not like bathrooms were the sink is separate from the rest of the bathroom. I wish that breakfast was included. They were out of a few staples which should not happen (cream cheese at the Bistro, disinfection wipes for Fitness Center). Sofa beds are not that comfy.

Very pleasant service from front desk to housekeeping. When we checked in, we asked if they might have a shoe horn and the front desk clerk offered to run to the local store and bring one to our room! We especially liked the shower in the room and the comfy bed.

Nice hotel

The electric outlets of the light on the desk and on the lights above the night stands have very loose connection when a device is plugged in. This should be checked out as it might be fire hazardous.

Check in

Check in woman rude. Blamed Travelocity for everything. Couldn’t find my reservation. We had to go and ask about our breakfast that we had paid for ahead of time- “ well it’s not my fault, Travelocity does their own codes”. Exasperated when we asked for more towels - only enough for 3 in room. One person can make or break a whole experience! Enough other hotels out there!
