Room are big and had fridge and microwave. Just my speed. I always look for these two amenities before I book a room.

Nice value

Pros: Price.
Cons: Internet speed in the rooms.
Looking for price and location. Decent non pretentious. Nice typical hotel breakfast. Staff seen often cleaning. Nice manager. We had requested a ground level room which the manager pre-assigned for us. The free internet service was variable but not fast. Moving notebook to the business center worked better. Would stay there again.

Confident to interstate and dining,shopping.

Location: Pretty close to dining and Merle Hay Mall.
The hotel is little older but is in good condition. I didn't use the pool area so don't know what that's like. There is a bar type of lounge connected with music on the weekends. The first night I pulled into the parking lot a security guard asked me to move my car to farther back in the parking lot to leave room for bar parking. He was polite and I moved my car. There is plenty of parking around back. Room was very quiet and clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. I would certainly stay there again.

Worst Customer Service Ever

Cons: bad customer service
The Guy at the front desk was Rude, Short and unwilling to be of any help. I have never been treated SO poorly!!! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone! Called and complained to the corporate office and they booked us a room in the Eco Lodge right down the street.

It was the least expensive option for the location but showed it.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast
We were put in a smoking hall although we are not smokers. Another room in our party had water damage and extreme humidity in their room. They had to switch. Breakfast is minimal.
