"Although our stay was very comfortable, we had a significant moment at check-in that marked the rest if our trip/stay negatively. We happened to arrive late and attempted to check-in at about 9pm. Upon arrival, the lobby was packed with people and luggage. It turned out, that patrons were asked to sit and wait for their rooms. When it was my turn to check-in I was informed that there were no rooms available. Although i had a reservation, they had no rooms available and that they did not know how long it would be before any were. Yet, once rooms were made available, I would have serval people infront of me, who were already waiting. Therefore, we had to sit and wait. Or they would gladly refund me if I wabted to go look for other accommodations (at 9pm ...).
The reason for the unavailability was that rooms were not yet cleaned and or prepped. There was a 3rd party conflict and no rooms were made to receive any guest. It was not til 11pm -1130pm when we finally received good news and a room was made available. Not everyone was so lucky, as many potential guest decided not to wait and stromed out not very happy with the circumstances. "
