It smelled like vape as soon as we arrived. There was a hole in our bathroom door. The floor was sticky and the wallpaper was peeling. Definitely would not return.

First, the receptionist could not find my reservation, so I had to call Travelocity late at night to have it faxed over. Second, the wifi was down, so no internet. Third, the jacuzzi in the room was leaking so it couldn't fill, and the room was dirty with a few holes in the wall.

There were cigarette burns on the carpet, a pencil-width sized whole clear through one wall, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the living room area and in multiple places around the shower. The TV didn’t work and the drain in the bathroom sink didn’t drain, even as it sat overnight — we tried calling the front desk about those 2 issues but no one picked up (it appeared our phone didn’t work at all) so I called the hotel from my cell phone but no one picked up after letting it ring for about 90 seconds. I went down to the lobby around 10:30pm and told the guy at the front desk about the two issues, and he said someone would be up. An hour later with no help we called again from a cell phone and we told them and they said someone would be right up. We stayed up until 12:15am or so before deciding to just go to sleep. In the morning we said something one more time and a guy came right away...only to just pull the stopper thing out of the sink altogether, leaving it on the vanity. Then he said, “Okay? Goodbye.” Would not stay here again for free. The hotel felt dirty & unkempt, the staff had horrible customer service, if any, and I’d high recommend you pay even double if you’d like to not feel like you stayed in an abandoned hotel that ownership has little interest in maintaining.

Our room was filthy!

Pros: We liked nothing about our stay here. The floor had not been washed in ages, the carpet was dirty, there was a dirty bra left on top of the closet, sticky drink marks on the table...it was the pits.
Cons: Look at the above message. It describes just how unkempt this hotel is.

Lot of smoke smell in a 100% smoke free hotel

Pros: Price at first seems good for what was advertised, I was wrong ,way over priced for service recieved.
Cons: Enforce no smoking, check water in pool, be attentive to breakfast, revisit quality of food, even thlugh it is a continental still was bad...

First noticed the 100% smoke free hotel, thought Awesome!.. Wrong... as soon as you walk down the hall, smoke smeel everywhere, no weed, just cigarettes... Pool very small , deceptive photograph.. pool very cloudy.. indoor, non heated... Room wise, AC did not work very well, had King Suite with Sofa Bed, when sofa set up , not much room in "suite"... not bedding for sofa, and not enough towel set ups, even though booked for 4 people, had to go get set ups.. Breakfast sucked... worst ever. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, with breakfast, horrible.... bagels SOGGY, english muffins hard, before toasting, no fruit or yogurt....donuts almost seems like day old, and we ate 30 minutes after it opened.... WONT BE BACK... Unfortunately cant get money back... They ask what can be imporved and oly give you 50 characters to tell them.. real caring... what a joke!
