Beautiful location, wonderful breakfast and hot chocolate and coffee available in the late evening. It was nice to have the pool opened until midnight with the last hour for adults only. Just a minor issue with the ice machine on 3rd floor broken .

The walls were so thin. We were told three times that we were being too loud while we were whispering the whole time. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have spare ear plugs for the night.

As such, the policy for our hotel is to enforce noise limits at 2:00 in the morning. This meets the needs of 99% of our guests, including your neighbors on the night that you stayed. Everyone made me feel welcome. Check in was easy and I was able to check in early. The room was better than I thought it would be. The view was spectacular even with the snow coming down! Location close to everything, including the Lift Bridge. Canal Park Brewing Company is next door with awesome food. Caribou Coffee is across the street. Highly recommend this hotel! It's even ADA compliant and dog friendly.
