Horrible guest service. Didnt use pool as you have to go through lobby and past restaraunt/bar. Parking validation is iffy and if you ask about it, the shuttle driver thinks it’s his job to tell you that it’s your problem and not the hotels. overly pretentious food on menu (what’s wrong with a simple but properly prepared steak?). No microwave or fridge in room. Limited vending per floor. Foreign hair in bathroom sink, greasy head spot on headboard.......

Like putting lipstick on a pig

The outside of the hotel and general apperence looks nice.. but once you actuall get in your room things just get south. We stayed on the "club" floor thinking it would be nice but its just the same as any other. The linens were gross.. stained and yellow. Bathrooms were gross and had hair in the shower. The doors on the bathroom are completely useless too. Theres about a 2 inch gap between them so anyone can see in and no bathroom fan. Only met the hotel staff a few times but everytime they just looked gloomy and glared at you as you walked past. The one time I did speak to one he was demanding i push the elevator button to open the other door for him because the back one was so full of crap he couldn't get in. I will say the front desk people were nice though.

Poor Value

For the price of our room, we expected at least a view of the lake not another motel. Turned off light and TV went off also. We would not recommend this motel.

I felt like this hotel was overly priced especially for not being right on the lake. Complimentary shuttle and shuttle driver incredibly helpful and driver was very kind! Staff at check in desk could care less about you though ... Hotel itself is very well done and kept up beautifully.
