The shower leaked water onto the floor every time we used it, leaving a giant puddle on the floor. I almost slipped several times. This is dangerous! Also, 3 out of the 5 nights we stayed there, the water was lukewarm. After long days in the cold weather, all we wanted was a hot shower, but nope! The staff did nothing about it and seemed pretty stupid. They just told us that our room did get hot water. Well, obviously not, if that's what I'm telling you! I will never stay in a Hyatt again.

nice hotel, great location

Pros: room, location, breakfast
Location: near Metro station
This was a great hotel. My only complaint would be the pool is a little small.

Modern beauty

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise: a great, modern facility with all the expected ammenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was well maintained and comfortable.

College visit in VA

We visited VA to tour nearby colleges with our daughter. The location was perfect. We had quick and easy access to all the major highways, but our room was so quiet! The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We only used the fridge in the full kitchen, but would definitely take advantage of the other appliances and stocked kitchen items (utensils, dishes, pots & pans, even a dish washer!) on a longer stay. This hotel was an excellent value!
