Entire place had no attention to detail for cleanliness. Stayed 4 nights and room was never cleaned. Stairwell smelled like pee and door at bottom had a sign that said do not prop open while being propped open. When we were checking in an employee was "scolding" another employee at the desk. A homeless woman was begging for money upon checkout. Only on the weekends was there someone at the tiny coffee shop, it was Starbucks so naturally I knew it would be pricey. Coffee came to 3.90, gave the girl and $10. She asked if i wanted my change. Was told bar was open until 10 daily, went down on last night we were there at 9- they closed early.

For the price of this room I expected it to be clean and smell clean. The room service was pretty quick but I only called once because guest services did not seem like they wanted to be bothered. There was a lot going on and elevators smelled of poop. I stayed with my kids and never again

Room was outdated. Carpet was very nasty. Hair was in shower. The AC unit was dirty and installed lower floor and there was poor patting (bottom left side) to where you can inside which can bring bugs/insect inside of unit.

My family booked 4 rooms and we stayed 3 nights. We never got our rooms serviced. We put in requests for all rooms to at least get a quick clean, but we didn't even get that. So my family had to walk on crumbs and sand on the floor for 4 days. The night management were the only ones who seemed to fill requests. (Andrew and Abraham) Love them ❤ On top of not getting our rooms cleaned. I was over charged by $200. Management couldn't explain the charges 🙄. I rebooked my room for another night and the women at the front desk told me my card didn't go through and she would put the charge in later. Well I guess she end up adding another $210 for what I do not know. Still waiting for the charge to get reversed.

wish there was more power outlets in the room and wish they had coffee and continental breakfast would have been nice but probably a covid thing
