The price makes the stay worth it ,but it is very noisy , lots of areas in the hotel appears cluttered and dirty . People hanging outside under the influence made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe .the staff was wonderful all very friendly. The lady at the desk when I checked in was so helpful and friendly I wish I knew her name she deserves a raise !

When we checked in the front desk person Lizzy was very friendly. She gave me our room key and said your room is up stairs. I asked if there was a elevator and she apologized and said no. When I explain to her I was traveling with a Disabled client and they were unable to climb the stairs. She went out of her way to find us a main floor room. She then offered to help me in with my client. The room was clean and very spacious. She went out of her way to help us. She even went and got us extra blankets. We will definitely come back here the next time we come through. The hot breakfast was awesome. Thank You Lizzy for all your help.

Great stay beds and pillows are clean and very comfortable staff is helpful when needed and kind great place for family stay pool is clean well taken care of great food in the restaurant here in the same building anything else you might need is just a walk next door all the way around its perfect stay and I would recommend to anyone come stay here

I'm excited to inform you we just completed our first phase of renovations in March of 2019- which included new furniture, bedding, curtains, writing desks, TVs, lighting, and vanities. Couldn't believe that we were all charged $150.00 deposit on top of our room fees for our stay. Ridiculous!!! Will pay more next time to stay at a more upper class hotel rather than have to pay that deposit upfront!!!! And my burger was raw in the hotel restaurant even after ordering it well done. Won't go back!!!!
