I’m in a wheelchair and my room was in an alternate building all the way down a very long hallway. The tv in the room kept on going blank even after the engineer came in and wiggled some wires. The hotel phone didn’t work making it difficult for me to trudge all the way to the front desk in the main building. There was no tub bench in the shower. The air conditioning was not cooling the room. The restaurant was closed and their was no valet parking both which were indicated they were open.. I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this hotel.

The check in was awful. We did not get the rooms we reserved. The hotel seemed to be overbooked in relation to front desk/staff. Manager not helpful. The elevator is so slow and there is only 2. The hotel is old but clean. The surroundings are nice and the location very good. The walkway to beach was also closed so that made getting to the beach less much less convenient. One room they gave us was very smelly as was the floor. We were relocated. Hotel staff except desk manager were very nice.

Our biggest problem was the temperature in our room. When we got there it was 64,5. After turning off the AC (we thought) we came back 2 hours later to find was 60. We were told that wing was a problem as it had no heat and too much AC. We were moved to another room that had better control of the room temperature but had a fan that ran constantly blowing cool air into the shower/bathtub from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM and could not be turned off. We were cold trying to take showers. The staff made an effort to help were they could.

As with other tourist areas, things are a little pricey. Many restaurants for eating in the area, finding food and drinks not a problem. Would suggest looking for the CVS about a mile down, you can find snacks, beer, wine and necessities much cheaper. Did have an issue with the air conditioning, they helped me immediately with an upgrade to another room. Overall had a great stay

The pool and the hotel’s location is wonderful! Cleanliness and attention of staff was greatly appreciated although after three stays at the hotel, guests should receive some discount!

Three of the four times I needed to contact the front desk the call was never answered. It was a continuous loop thru the voice response system praising the hotel and saying how important my call was and that it be answered in a minute and never was. These calls were on separate days.
