The oceanview room was very nice. Our room was 79 degrees when we arrived and never went below 75, therefore, we didn’t sleep well. There was garbage from last rental on the balcony. Floors were very dirty. No coffee pot in our room. Went down at 7am to complain about coffeemaker and heat, no one got back to us. Furniture in room and throughout building very stained. For the cost of the room, we expected way better accommodations. Kitchen was nice to have in room but no pot holders for oven. Hotel more run down than the pictures show.

The elevators wait was ridiculous at times, waiting upto 45 minutes ... then hanging to take the stairs to the 28th floor... rooms were beyond disgusting with blood stains in the curtains and doors. Every inch of the couch was stained and the dining room table was sticky and filthy. We had house keeping come to the room to clean again and she even was appalled by the condition and cleanliness of the room. We won’t be going back there again!!!

Filthy torn carpeting that was not vacuumed until requested. Supplies not refilled unless requested. Beach was closed due to city resupplying sand; however. property never attempted to notify of this. Property is not welcoming to visitors of resort guests.

The unit was clean, modern and spacious. The pool was beautiful with plenty of room for many people. The beach was nothing special compared to other properties I have stayed at in Florida. The food and beverages are overpriced. The wait staff attempted to overcharge us twice.

Bed smell like sweat flooes had hair not ckean at all hosekepping spwnd 5 mins in the room hair from other pepole was on the head board i spent $934 for 2 nites... valet parking they drive your car like they just don't care for breakfast you only get biscuits and muffins cranberry juice and you have to pay extra for sausage bacon eggs Etc that doesn't come with breakfast you spent all this money for this hotel and this is what you get
