At 5am in the morning to rain coming through the bathroom fan/ light. Called front desk(woke her up). When she finally answered she said pick up your stuff and I will move you. Went to the front desk, no one answered. Found her sleeping, wrapped in a blanket. Unacceptable! AD

Staff very friendly and helpful. We reserved two rooms on two non consecutive days and they were able to place us on same floor. Also recommended great place to eat for dinner.
