You get what you pay for…. We only needed a clean place with a comfy bed and hot shower. It fit the bill. We didn’t stay on site and enjoy the pool, etc.. we were too busy exploring and riding the water taxi. It was exactly what we needed.. the location is excellent for the money. It’s literally right across the street from the beach. It’s a very old place but I’d stay here again.

The property was older but had charm. Great pool and excellent staff. Needs some updates but it was a great location and the price was amazing.

This property is terribly run down… the number of stars are incorrect. This would be a one star motel. The fixtures are from the 60’s not a single update since 1959 when they opened. The ceilings are very low… the mirrored wall is chipped and peeling. The AC barely works and there is a strong smell of something.., potentially bug spray. The elevator is tiny and from the 80’s… The location is great as the beach is across the street but sooo not worth it! Do not be lured in!

Filthy. With bedbugs. we got bite up badly. Couldn't believe what we saw when we removed the sheets from the bed. Terrible infestation of Bedbugs. Bathrooms had pealing paint, broken fixtures. Door would not close. Rust stains. Tile had been painted and now was pealing. Mold in showers. Garbage in hallways there the entire time. Never cleaned. Guests waiting in line at front desk to complain. Clerks refused to listen to complaints. Would not give managers contact information. We left 3 days early and they refused to give a receipt showing we left early. The absolute worse stay ever, anyplace. Refused give credit for leaving early even though it was because of their infestation with Bedbugs. Pictures on the web site are deceiving. They must have remodeled one room and took the pictures. Even the chairs at poolside were dirty and warn… Too bad I can't upload pictures that I took to prove what I'm saying with no exaggeration. So now I'm out $400 for three nights stay. We were left walking in the rain for hours, looking for another place that had availability, which costed and addition $600. This is a scam! Beware. There is intentional misleading information given with no recourse.

This hotel is very old and very out dated. I wouldn’t have cared at all if it weren’t for the peeling paint in shower, tub that wouldn’t drain, hair left over in tub. The walls had random holes in them, the curtains were off the hinges with no way of getting them hooked back up. This hotel was very dirty.

This facility is fully depreciated. Not sure when the last time they spent any money on the facility or the rooms. This is the first time the overall rating on Travelocity was way too high. It is a 1 star at best. I will say the front desk people and the staff at the outside bar were very nice but if we had not prepaid we would have left the facility. The rooms are gross, the hallways are gross, the windows filthy, no doors on the closet, the mattress was saggy and the bathrooms were tiny. It is unfortunate as they have a good location to the beach but need to spend a lot of money to bring this property back up to a 3 star rating.

This Hotel has been the most horrible place I have ever stayed in my life. It is beyond disappointment. Very dirty, it looks nothing like the pictures. They don't offer chairs for the beach like it says on their amenities, no chairs by the pool. The toilet didn't even flush. It was a very bad place. Housekeeping staff was very rude. I wanted to move to another hotel but couldn't find anything so I had to just close my eyes and stay there.
