I paid an additional $10 per person for breakfast and I called the hotel directly and confirmed that it is a cooked breakfast delivered from the restaurant. When we checked in they knew nothing and simply said it's not included, didn't even try to help with a refund, and they say this has happened before. The girl at night had a non work related conversation with a man while I waiting on the phone, then put me on hold and then disconnected the call. She later provided clean sheets and an expired bag of popcorn, and said to speak to Frank in the morning but this was the same person that checked us in. I Will NEVER stay there again and will seek the refund at a higher level.
