Several times no one at the front desk .We could here people talking being load etc.Not the best location for entertainment. Was told there was .I have always stayed at hyatt or hilton .Probly last stay .cigarette butts all along the breakfast patio sincerely hairdesighnsbysherri

It was very upsetting and disappointing to find out at check-in that our verbal & written request for absolutely NO DOWN in our room (due to severe allergies) wasn’t addressed or taken care of beforehand (even well after our expected check in time). We were delayed to an event because we had to wait in the lobby a while for maintenance to change out all of our bedding. Only to return to a mess in our room because the frig froze the cans of soda we left in it and they exploded. Our HFS could never get a parking spot in lot….he parked Ali g the curb every time and then we couldn’t get a receipt at checkout because your printer wasn’t working- the gal offered an email receipt, but never bothered to even ask for our email —- after we return to the front desk to give it to her, we never saw her write it down or put it in system. As expected, we arrived home to CA and still hadn’t received an email receipt—- only to find out when we called back and request one again, we were told we were charged for parking when we told you five times (2x at checking & 3x at checkout) we didn’t have a car!!! So why would anyone have put a daily parking charge on our room?!? Nice roof bar, nice location for TCU families to visit, but we felt there were too many errors & not enough attention to detail & simple customer service!

Brand new hotel, so very nice. No microwave in the room though, which is the only picky negative I can think of.
