The heat was not working and room was 62 to 65. We propped open the door since it was warmer in the hall. We told front desk but nothing was done. We are not happy and supposed to stay here agsin the end of our trip but not happy about it. We were told we will not get a refund if we cancel.

Having stayed at a few Embassy Suites over the years, I was very surprised by the "blahness" of this particular one. There was nothing unique about it, it was relatively clean but definitely showing its age. I was most disappointed by the lack of customer service at check-in time. I had to ask where the room was located and where we should park, as well as information for the wi-fi. The usual common courtesies provided at check-in It's as if COVID gave them an excuse to not do their job. I was also super disappointed in the lack of a social hour; not having one, but I don't see why hot chocolate and coffee couldn't still have been provided in some way. Breakfast was also supremely disappointing, although last time I stayed in Flagstaff, breakfast was cancelled completely, so I guess this was better than nothing. But honestly, no juice, coffee/tea, or milk offered? Finally, our reservation was for 2 adults and 3 children but we were only given enough cups, mugs, coffee, and hot chocolate in our room for 2 people. Oh, and the suitcase rack was broken so we had to put our large suitcase on the floor. What did we like? The two rooms and the two TVs, but that's pretty standard with this hotel, so I'm not sure that's even worth mentioning. We won't be staying here again. So disappointed.

Run down and old. Hallways were dirty and dinghy. Room was dirty, carpets in corners dusty, trash cans not cleaned and hand gunk in them. Window treatments torn. Window left open. Food service advertised was not what was in place. Complained with pics and videos to the MoD and was moved to a different room, supposedly super clean according to the website. Same dinginess and worn out furniture but somewhat cleaner room. Window was left open in this room also. Oh. Let’s not forget about the building being constructed 200 feet away that starts up at 6:30am, weekends included, and what was an empty parking lot is now full of construction vehicles. Overall I’d say spend your money somewhere else.

Very old Embassy suites and very little charm. No trash cans for guests to use so the trash piles up in your room if you order out. The pool had not been working for some time and the front desk assured us it was heated at check in. No snow removal in the pool or hot tub area. The breakfast donuts were still frozen and the parking lot had trash all over it. Our room heater did not work well and had to use a portable heater. There were rips chair in the living room. Front desk staff were full of excuse and flat out lies.
