I'm so sorry that your room was not up to our standards. We do hope to see you again.

Checking in the staff was rude and short we were kept waiting to check in for 2 1/2 hours. Food at the resort was limited and they ran out of items on the menu. Stains on couch in room phone and plugs in roo didn’t work and bathroom door wouldn’t fully close. The pool was beautiful and the bar was nice …

Facilities shabby, room dirty, beach area filthy. I am distraught that i paid nearly $400/night for a well-below-average experience. We do like the town and English Village/London Bridge area, but there is virtually no chance i will ever stay at the Nautical Beachront Resort again, and will attempt to dissuade anyone i care about from making the same mistake i did. I give it a D grade, and may be too kind doing so.
