booked hotel - unable to contact the hotel within allotted 1 Hour lot because we had been driving in the mountains without cell service. When we get a signal I called a hotel letting them know that we unable to make , so whoever had been on the phone said my card had been charged already and she would leave a key at nearby hotel, apparently not even listening that we would not be there. So she told me to contact manager .. called the manager the next morning , she is at the meeting like we had been told to do, we drove that the manager had been gone for the rest of the day. And check in receptionist had been playing dumb like she had not been aware of situation, and told us it’s in refundable. Horrible customer service , got charged for the room , I just reserved a room .. I did not book it . Donot work with customers !!! Never stay at this hotel..

The outside appeared well kept. There was limited parking. But we ended up leaving and going to a different hotel because there was no functional T.V., and very limited WIFI.

I noticed some cracking on the room wall near the door, please repair the room wall.The towels are stain. Breakfast is good! Room is clean.

While the hotel appearance was a little old on the outside, the rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Several good restaurants nearby hotel and supermarket across the street.
